We can even connect you with trusted personal trainers and soul-aligned support, because preparing for something sacred should feel grounded, joyful, and whole.
How far in advance do we need to book my wedding or destination celebration?
We recommend booking 9 to 12 months in advance to secure your ideal date, especially during peak seasons.
But if your timeline is shorter, even under 6 months, don’t worry. So much is still possible. It all comes down to resort availability, and we’re here to walk with you, gently and clearly, through every step.
Do you charge planning fees?
Yes, we do. Our planning fees reflect the care, time, and intention we pour into every step of your experience.
We offer three planning tiers, Grace, Covenant, and Eternal Promise, each designed to serve a different level of support, depending on your guest size, resort package, and the depth of coordination needed. We’re happy to walk you through the best fit for your vision.
We do not charge small local businesses commissions. That is not our heart. Our service is priced transparently, not based on whether a resort offers commission. Many do not, and we never want that to limit your options or restrict the dream you carry.

Do you only work with certain resorts or properties?
We’ve built trusted relationships with beautiful resorts and venues across Fiji and Hawai‘i, and we deeply value the people behind them. Many feel like family, and we’re honoured to walk alongside those who serve with heart and hospitality.
Here, our priority is you. We plan to honour your vision. If you already have a venue in mind or are still exploring, we’ll help you find the one that fits best. And when we find it, we’ll work together to bring it to life.
Can you help with group accommodation and travel?
Yes. We take care of guest accommodation bookings as part of your wedding or celebration planning.
We work directly with trusted resorts to secure group rates, ensure guests are recognised as part of your event, and support a smooth arrival experience. This helps your guests stay connected, cared for, and included in any extras the venue may offer.
At this time we don’t book flights, but we’re happy to guide your guests with travel dates, arrival advice, and helpful local knowledge.
